Services

We will work to identify your core values and then align your life to your values, including career choices and personal relationships. This process aims to create a more meaningful and fulfilling life that resonates with you authentic self. I will support you in making room for the people and things that are for your highest good.
We will overcome fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, through journaling, conversation and an objective look at your decisions to-date. This often involves exploring and challenging negative thought patterns and helping you build or rebuild your confidence after difficult or traumatic experiences.
These experiences may include sexism, racism, layoffs, disappointment, or harassment.
We will work together to craft the best resume that you’re proud of and that aligns with the role you are looking for. I have spent over 10+ years studying resumes, have reviewed hundreds and will share my strategy. My own resume has gotten me interviews at every company I applied to since 2019, with the exception of twitter or X and that was a blessing in disguise. Prior to 2019, my resume strategy has led me to joining top financial firms and tech companies.
I have generously been coached by many executives and leaders. I am excited to share my learning and research with you!

Mindfulness and being in the now is a lesson I learned over and over.
Now I have a “do it now” mindset. My faith has strengthened me and gave me the courage to put myself out there and achieve many goals I set for myself.
